Meet Dr. Naderi: Our Lead Smile Defender

Every great team needs a leader with a strong foundation. Dr. Naderi brings a unique blend of high-level science and real-world heart to our Pasadena community.

The Journey to the "Command Center" Dr. Naderi grew up in Sunnyvale, California, where he developed a strong work ethic and an interest in dentistry from an early age. His passion for science led him to the University of California, Santa Cruz, where he earned a degree in Molecular, Cell, & Developmental Biology. He then completed his "superhero training" by earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.



The Value of Hard Work Before he was a doctor, Dr. Naderi walked in the shoes of everyday heroes. While in school, he worked a variety of jobs—from washing dishes at a restaurant and delivering newspapers to hosting birthday parties at a trampoline park. These experiences taught him the value of hard work, humility, and the importance of connecting with people from all walks of life—qualities he brings into his practice every day.


Off-Duty Missions Outside the office, Dr. Naderi loves staying active. A lifelong basketball player, he enjoys almost any competitive sport or game—whether it’s mini-golf, bowling, table tennis, or a legendary board game night. If you see him, feel free to challenge him to a game of Catan or Monopoly!
